About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own conversion performance for the cruise booking funnel, monitoring step-by-step progression and conversion rates using dashboards and ad hoc analysis
  • Identify optimization opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data, size them, and turn them into testable hypotheses aligned with product objectives
  • Run A/B tests end to end, including hypotheses, primary metrics, guardrails, sample size, duration, setup, QA, and monitoring
  • Analyze test results with statistical rigor and recommend whether to ship, iterate, or stop
  • Share learnings with stakeholders and maintain a testing roadmap and results log
  • Measure launched feature and release impact through pre/post analysis and flag funnel or tracking regressions
  • Triage and manage feature requests, bugs, and stakeholder or QA issues; refine the backlog against business priorities
  • Partner with engineering to analyze root causes, including analytics tagging gaps, and track fixes through resolution
  • Support user acceptance testing and release readiness by defining acceptance criteria, coordinating testing, and managing go/no-go checklists
  • Maintain product documentation of requirements, test plans, decisions, and processes in Confluence and Jira
  • Collaborate with the PM lead, UX designer, business analyst, data analysts, engineers, partner teams, and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience as a product manager in a consumer facing product role at a large enterprise company
  • Hands-on experience owning conversion rate optimization for an e-commerce or checkout funnel
  • Prior Product Manager experience in the Cruise industry is highly preferred
  • Prior travel, hospitality or e-commerce experience is preferred
  • Track record of designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests, with examples of measurable conversion improvements
  • Solid grasp of experimentation statistics: statistical significance and power, sample size, confidence intervals, and common pitfalls such as peeking, novelty effects, and sample ratio mismatch
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and experimentation tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Optimizely, Adobe Target, or similar
  • Experience with digital experience tools such as Quantum Metric
  • Fluency with data analytics and using data to identify and prioritize issues
  • SQL or comfort pulling your own data is a plus
  • Working familiarity with agile/Scrum practices and tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate across multi-disciplinary and technical teams and explain test results clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • AI native — skilled working with state-of-the-art AI tooling and interested in emerging technologies
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
  • Must be able to work remotely from within the United States with good overlap with the Pacific Time zone
