- Measure stakeholder participation rates
- Conduct OCM maturity assessments
- Assess cohort-level adoption readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Expert-level experience in organizational change management and adoption assessment
- Specific experience implementing large ERPs in public or private sectors
- Workday knowledge and experience highly desired; excellent experience with other ERPs acceptable in some cases
- Must support a large public sector project
- Monthly on-site meetings in Olympia, WA may be requested
- If selected candidate is not local, travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed
