Key responsibilities & impact

Present and position Redwood's capabilities across IT workload automation, IT workflow orchestration, data orchestration, citizen/self-service automation, and DevOps automation.
Deliver technical presentations and live product overviews connecting AI capabilities to operational outcomes.
Use LLM-based research, prompt-driven workflows, and AI productivity tools for demo preparation, account research, competitive analysis, and technical documentation.
Develop understanding of the SOAP competitive landscape, articulate differentiation, handle objections, and analyze wins and losses.
Lead hands-on proof-of-concept work, including light scripting with REST APIs, Python, or bash.
Provide technical insight, SOAP market context, and prospect feedback to Account Executives.
Deepen knowledge of the SOAP and AI landscape and apply it in prospect conversations.
Represent Redwood professionally and uphold high ethical standards in customer-facing work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or adjacent technical role in enterprise software — Process Automation, ERP, Data Integration, Business Intelligence, ESB, or similar.
Working knowledge of REST APIs and comfort with light scripting (Python, bash, or equivalent).
Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in a professional context — LLMs, prompt-based workflows, AI-assisted research, AI productivity tooling.
Familiarity with agentic AI and AI orchestration concepts, including multi-agent systems and LLMs embedded into enterprise workflows.
High-level ERP literacy across Financials, Procure to Pay, Plan to Build, Quote to Cash, Reporting, and Data Quality.
Ability to bridge technical depth and business value and communicate with enterprise architects and executive stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Resourceful, competitive, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to communicate clearly.
Prior exposure to workload automation, job scheduling, enterprise orchestration platforms, SAP environments, data orchestration, DevOps toolchains, Customer Success, Technical Support, or Professional Services is a head start, not a hard filter.
