About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consistently magical customer service across all customer service channels

Requirements

- Strong communication skills across email, text, and chat
- Able to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks; excellent time management
- Flexible and able to work in a constantly changing environment
- Productive, focused work style to meet case volume expectations
- Flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience on an e-commerce customer service team
- Proficiency with Kustomer and Google Suite
