About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop the national Allergy Thought Leader Liaison team, including performance management, coaching, succession planning, and career development
  • Build a high-performing and inclusive team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, sound judgment, and company values
  • Set the national Allergy TLL strategy and translate brand priorities into field plans and execution
  • Oversee thought-leader engagement, congress and conference presence, speaker-training strategy and execution, and speaker program execution
  • Bring field and customer insights into brand planning
  • Partner with marketing, field, medical, market access, and other teams to develop and refine business plans
  • Build alliance partnerships and align priorities, roles, operating processes, and execution across organizations
  • Manage the TLL budget and operating model, including resource allocation, team processes, vendor support, and performance measurement
  • Maintain compliance and sound judgment across thought-leader engagement, congress activity, speaker programs, operating practices, and travel and expense management
  • Report to the Senior Director, CRSwNP/AFRS Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical experience in field sales, product marketing, medical, clinical, or a related function
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing experienced teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, organization, project-management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50–80%
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Experience working with thought leaders, field-based teams, and alliance partners preferred
  • Master’s degree or other relevant advanced education or certification preferred
