Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify key stakeholders within oncology accounts and tailor engagement strategies to local healthcare needs and priorities
  • Establish and lead high-quality interactions with healthcare professionals
  • Maintain current scientific knowledge and deliver aligned brand messaging
  • Communicate the value proposition through clear and consistent key message delivery
  • Develop and execute local account plans aligned to the Dutch Brand Plan
  • Use market insights and relevant data sources to guide account planning
  • Partner with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and activities
  • Communicate account results, market developments, and business updates to the Netherlands leadership team
  • Balance face-to-face and digital engagement channels to optimize customer interactions and impact
  • Execute strategic and tactical plans independently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Experience within the biologics market
  • Essential experience in oncology
  • Previous experience in lung cancer and/or skin cancer preferred
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Ability to develop and implement account plans using market insights and data-driven decision making
  • Experience working cross-functionally with medical and commercial stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagement channels, including face-to-face interactions, remote calls, approved email communications, and digital platforms
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
