About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage healthcare professionals treating NSCLC/NMSC patients within assigned accounts
  • Present clinically focused selling messages to grow brand share, revenue, and product goals
  • Lead performance and deliver results compliantly and with integrity
  • Collaborate with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and Key Account Managers to address customer needs
  • Engage Oncology specialists and key experts within assigned account alignment
  • Partner with Regional Directors, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, OKALs, and Reimbursement Specialists
  • Proactively resolve customer needs and identify market dynamics and trends
  • Develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives in the assigned territory
  • Build strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists
  • Execute market profiling activities to understand regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems
  • Identify business opportunities with assigned accounts
  • Coordinate efforts of the Regeneron Oncology account team, including contracting pull-through support
  • Develop relationships across accounts to understand objectives, goals, and challenges
  • Identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources aligned with customer needs
  • Maintain compliance in all customer interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of successful experience in Oncology sales
  • Buy and bill experience with biologics required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with key NSCLC/NMSC thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions
  • Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks
  • Strong understanding of the Oncology NSCLC/NMSC therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace
  • Ability to collaborate with and coordinate activity among individuals in different reporting structures
  • Passion and learning aptitude for science
  • Ability to strengthen knowledge related to disease state, treatment options, and healthcare trends
  • Ability to travel and cover large geography territories
  • Must comply with regulations, Regeneron policies, and procedures governing pharmaceutical/biological product promotion in the US
  • Background checks may verify identity, right to work, and educational qualifications
