Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and identify opportunities to improve core privacy operations, including Privacy Impact Assessment, Record of Processing Activities, and Data Subject Access Request processes
  • Lead complex privacy program initiatives across business functions
  • Leverage technology and AI to automate and improve privacy operations
  • Document advice and implementation of online privacy notices, controls, tracking technologies, and privacy-enhancing tools
  • Develop and maintain privacy program metrics and KPIs
  • Maintain internal policies, procedures, guidance documents, training and awareness, and the Intranet site
  • Coordinate Privacy Steward engagement for enterprise-wide privacy initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships, Statements of Work, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in privacy
  • Preference for at least 3 years managing privacy operations within a legal or compliance privacy function
  • Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) or Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Advanced degree in a related field preferred
