About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee vendor performance and health within the assigned segment, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality
Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and serve as primary point of contact for escalations
Lead integration of new vendors into Regeneron's operating model, including digital infrastructure and AI-enabled tooling
Conduct quality and compliance assessments and develop corrective action plans
Champion inspection readiness and coordinate preparation and follow-up activities with vendors
Drive digital enablement and AI-assisted workflow automation across the vendor ecosystem
Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen vendor management practices
Lead governance meetings, including agendas, minutes, and timely follow-up on action items
Support vendor governance across Regeneron's clinical trial portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
8+ years in the pharma industry in operations and/or vendor management
10+ years of experience in clinical project/trial management within biotech/pharma
Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory requirements
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective customer focus
High aptitude with Microsoft Office and clinical technology platforms (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, EDC) (nice to have)
Experience championing digital transformation or AI adoption initiatives (nice to have)
