About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and coordinate technology projects from planning through completion
Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients, project stakeholders, and internal technical teams
Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, status updates, and action items across multiple stakeholders
Proactively identify and address risks, blockers, dependencies, and potential delays
Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and reporting
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure alignment around expectations, priorities, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Maintain strong follow-up and accountability across teams and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or similar roles, preferably within technology or software development environments
Strong project organization, planning, and time-management skills
Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced / Professional English proficiency (B2–C1)
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong follow-up and accountability skills
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks, blockers, and dependencies
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Experience collaborating with distributed and international teams across different time zones
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
