About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with CxOs and senior leaders to define how AI reshapes functions, workflows, operating models, and value chains
  • Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, and value realization reviews
  • Build business cases and value models covering productivity, cost, revenue, risk, cycle time, and quality
  • Translate business ambition into prioritized AI use cases across financial-services functions
  • Build adoption roadmaps connecting strategy, workflow redesign, technology readiness, change management, governance, and value tracking
  • Lead transformation offices for strategic accounts, owning stakeholders, workstreams, timelines, risks, and executive communication
  • Turn roadmaps into executable plans and keep milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional teams accountable
  • Work with Product, Solutions Engineering, Delivery, and Customer teams on AI agent and workflow automation deployments
  • Identify adoption blockers and design fixes across process, people, governance, incentives, and operating rhythm
  • Define business ownership, human-in-the-loop processes, change management, and success metrics
  • Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, workshop formats, maturity models, and value assessment tools for Reindeer's AI transformation methodology

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in strategy consulting, enterprise transformation, digital transformation, AI/data strategy, or complex enterprise delivery
  • Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, enterprise software company, or AI company is a plus
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation programs with senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience with workstream planning, risk management, executive reporting, and delivery governance
  • Ideally, experience with Fortune 1000 or global enterprises
  • Deep familiarity with financial services, including banks, insurers, and payments companies
  • Practical fluency in generative and agentic AI, automation, data, and enterprise systems
  • Understanding of how technology is deployed inside large organizations
  • Ability to lead C-suite conversations and develop business cases, roadmaps, and recommendations
  • High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Willingness to travel for customer workshops and executive meetings
  • At least 3 years of experience working with B2B enterprise clients
  • Authorization to work in the country in which the candidate is applying
