About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Treaty Administration and Claims products
  • Serve as the face of the product and communicate its vision and roadmap to leadership, teams, and external partners
  • Partner with leadership to develop business cases and ensure proper funding
  • Engage with customers and conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Work with Product Owners to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and prioritize features and backlogs
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure feasible, user-centered development
  • Own the product roadmap while balancing technical constraints, business objectives, and customer needs
  • Define and track OKRs and KPIs, including customer adoption, retention, and market impact
  • Advocate for iterative, hypothesis-driven product development
  • Influence data-driven product decisions and support business growth through strategic insights and storytelling
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans for successful product launches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role
  • Experience managing a single product or multiple related products within a portfolio
  • Experience working with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to define and execute product strategies
  • Experience managing product Profit & Loss, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean Product Development, and user-centered design principles
  • Strong ability to define product vision and roadmap based on business and market needs
  • Expertise in prioritization frameworks for backlog management
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Lean Startup, and Customer Development methodologies
  • Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to present product roadmaps, trade-offs, and decisions to executives and customers
  • Strong experience conducting customer research, competitive analysis, and market validation
  • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and cloud-based software development
  • Ability to partner with engineering teams to make informed trade-offs
