About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead investigation, analysis, quantification, and resolution of complex client data issues
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements
- Develop, document, and maintain operational procedures, standards, and controls
- Provide technical guidance and training to Operations teams
- Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support new client onboarding and implementation activities
- Lead Technical Operations Projects for Claims, including pending claims remediation, periodic claims reconciliations, and notification verifications
- Lead Technical Operations Projects for Premiums, including premium migration, premium reconciliation, data correction, and process stabilization
- Manage operational data integrity and system exception resolution
- Monitor project outcomes and implement sustainable solutions, lessons learned, process enhancements, and knowledge transfer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of Insurance Operations experience; reinsurance preferred
- Risk assessment skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proactive team player
- Proficient in office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
