About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technically lead complex cases, focusing on the strategic management of judicial, extrajudicial, and advisory matters
Analyze documents and information provided by clients, proposing effective defenses and legal alternatives aligned with identified risks and opportunities
Manage deadlines and procedural developments
Provide guidance to less experienced professionals and participate in strategic client meetings
Draft and review pleadings, appeals, and standardized templates
Represent clients at all levels of jurisdiction, including hearings, oral arguments, and negotiations
Contribute to internal training and the development of support materials
Review pleadings prepared by junior attorneys
Support the maintenance of ISO 9001, identify nonconformities, and promote corrective actions
Ensure compliance with data protection and information security standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
Knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure
Knowledge of Banking Law
Experience drafting and reviewing pleadings, contracts, and agreements
Experience with Judicial Reorganization and Bankruptcy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Work schedule: 8 hours per day
Residence in cities near the office
