About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings, reviewing documents, evidence, and required expert examinations
- Analyze strategic information and documentation provided by clients to prepare defenses and meet deadlines
- Draft legal pleadings based on templates and under supervision
- File documents and maintain case records in internal systems
- Participate in hearings and negotiations, handling cases before different courts and administrative bodies
- Request documents and calculations
- Manage deadlines for court fees and procedural payment forms
- Provide guidance to the legal support team on operational tasks
- Contribute to the standardization of workflows
- Support quality management and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001), identifying improvements and assisting with audits
- Work on data protection and information security, promoting practices that ensure the integrity and compliance of processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Experience in legal or related activities
- Reside in a city near the office
- 8-hour workday
