About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain tools for business departments, primarily using Airtable
- Automate recurring processes with n8n, PowerShell, or Python
- Monitor data flows between systems such as product databases and media databases, and identify issues
- Retrieve required data using SQL and prepare it to support decision-making by business departments
- Further develop Jira and Confluence together with the team
- Support colleagues with questions about using the tools
- Identify issues that need to be escalated to the external IT service provider
- Work in sprints, contribute observations to sprint planning, and jointly set priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience in application support; have supported and further developed applications for business departments and be able to provide an example
- Experience with Airtable, Appsmith, or a similar low-code platform; alternatively, demonstrable ability to quickly learn new tools
- Ability to write scripts in PowerShell or Python
- Basic SQL skills and the ability to write queries independently
- Ability to communicate requests to external service providers clearly enough for them to resolve the issue without follow-up questions
- Willingness to learn any missing skills in other areas at reisenthel
- Years of professional experience, formal qualifications, and previous job titles are not criteria
