About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support management of Relation’s core internal account management systems (AMS), including design, best practices, and workflows
Support and implement core business decisions related to AMS design, setup, and implementation
Drive streamlined data migration for new acquisitions integrating into Relation’s AMS360 instance
Identify opportunities to optimize or expand AMS capabilities to support business objectives
Support high-priority workstreams related to data governance and quality enhancement
Partner with third-party providers to automate or outsource repetitive administrative tasks in the data governance process
Build relationships with new acquisitions to support smooth, collaborative data integration
Perform special projects and other assigned duties
Collaborate with business leaders across IT, Service, Broking, and Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in insurance brokerage systems management
7 to 10+ years of experience managing insurance brokerage systems
Extensive experience with AMS360 and ImageRight highly preferred
Highly proficient in agency management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational/time management skills
Ability to communicate appropriately and build professional relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality
Ability to represent the company professionally to internal and external customers and clients
