About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conform scripts after video releases
  • Create and manage Asana tasks for ongoing video projects
  • Add updates, information, documents, and templates into project tasks
  • Create and properly store outline and script documents for medical experts and production staff
  • Maintain organization and version control of outlines, scripts, TOCs, and related documents
  • Update databases as needed
  • Partner with the Client Services team to send review script sets to clients
  • Create or update TOCs
  • Draft video release communications
  • Maintain digital asset systems
  • Support studio requests
  • Submit award nominations
  • Partner with the Studio Team, Head of Content, and cross-functional studio teams to maintain accurate, organized, and accessible content assets, documentation, and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience supporting the administrative side of video production or relevant education background in Film Production or related field of study
  • Knowledge of film/video production and content creation workflows
  • Experience using Microsoft and Google applications
  • Familiarity with Dropbox
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Healthcare, medical, or patient education content experience considered a plus
  • Experience or familiarity with Adobe DAM is a plus
