About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conform scripts after video releases
- Create and manage Asana tasks for ongoing video projects
- Add updates, information, documents, and templates into project tasks
- Create and properly store outline and script documents for medical experts and production staff
- Maintain organization and version control of outlines, scripts, TOCs, and related documents
- Update databases as needed
- Partner with Client Services to send review script sets to clients
- Create or update TOCs
- Draft video release communications
- Maintain digital asset systems
- Support studio requests
- Submit award nominations
- Partner with the Studio Team and Head of Content to support delivery of health education video content
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting the administrative side of video production or relevant education background in Film Production or related field of study
- Knowledge of film/video production and content creation workflows
- Experience using Microsoft and Google applications
- Familiarity with Dropbox
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Healthcare, medical, or patient education content experience considered a plus
- Experience or familiarity with Adobe DAM is a plus
