About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Business Units to support technology projects that deliver business value and align with organizational objectives
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements elicitation sessions
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business documentation
- Document and analyze current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes
- Identify process improvements, business gaps, and solution opportunities
- Support Salesforce-related projects, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support solution evaluation, testing, and implementation activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of Business Analyst experience within an IT environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM, including requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and supporting system enhancements
- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience documenting business and functional requirements
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement
- ISEB Business Analyst certification (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancement projects preferred
