About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver and install desktop and laptop systems, including data migration, software installation, and end-user support
  • Provide general end-user support for enterprise desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and connectivity
  • Participate in resolving desktop computer issues, including hardware and printer troubleshooting, software installation, hardware peripherals, and daily backup procedures
  • Liaise with third-party software and hardware vendors to support problem resolution
  • Monitor, support, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure operating issues using software and hardware monitoring tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, telecommunications, business applications, and customer connectivity issues
  • Collaborate with other technical support roles in the Dayton office and assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled student working towards an Associate’s or advanced level education in IT, MIS, CS, Business, or a related field of study
  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student graduating between December 2026 and December 2028
  • U.S. citizenship required based on applicable regulatory, contractual, or security requirements
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Basic technical and troubleshooting skills with Windows, Mac, and iOS
  • Understanding of AI, common AI tools, and potential workplace applications of AI
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Available to work 19 hours per week while taking classes
  • Able to work on-site in the Raleigh, North Carolina office
