About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult with insurance carriers on industry practices, products, systems, and workflows
- Lead carriers through system-to-system API integrations across the insurance continuum
- Manage technical requirements, mitigate risks, and complete projects on time and aligned with customer objectives
- Manage day-to-day interactions with multiple clients and resolve questions and roadblocks
- Lead pre-implementation consultative workshops
- Provide expertise on XML and JSON data product result formats
- Establish connectivity and configure product systems
- Monitor implementation results and communicate with leadership and stakeholders
- Facilitate customer training and workshops for technical and business audiences, including C-suite
- Represent LexisNexis Risk Solutions internally and externally
Requirements
What you’ll need- P&C Insurance industry knowledge required, including underwriting and rating processes, insurance products, systems, or operational workflows
- B2B API implementation, account management, or comparable experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with customers through a consultative, customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of JSON, SFTP, APIs, or related integration technologies preferred
- Some travel required based on business need
