About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, retain, and grow an assigned portfolio of Telecommunications, Cable, and Streaming accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans identifying revenue opportunities, customer priorities, and targeted sales activities.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships at multiple organizational levels.
  • Understand customers' businesses, industries, priorities, and existing relationships with LNRS.
  • Expand relationships and introduce additional LNRS products and solutions.
  • Develop contacts with decision makers and influential stakeholders.
  • Use customer and business analysis to identify revenue trends, sales opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Develop sales forecasts and maintain CRM and pipeline management.
  • Communicate the value of LNRS products, pricing, and competitive offerings.
  • Partner with internal teams to address customer needs and support account growth.
  • Maintain customer engagement through meetings, phone, email, and other channels.
  • Develop sales strategies supporting account retention and new business growth.
  • Monitor competitive activity and Telecommunications market trends.
  • Travel as required for customer relationships and business development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within Telecommunications, Cable, Streaming, or a related industry.
  • Experience managing and growing an existing book of business.
  • Strong customer relationship management and account planning skills.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to quickly develop an understanding of LNRS products and services and how they apply to customer needs.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to understand competitive offerings and effectively communicate the value of LNRS solutions.
