About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage tasks related to 4 or more projects in REPH DRV
- Serve as a leader or SME in two projects
- Act as an indirect contact for OKC
- Proactively interact directly with US product managers for recognized projects, the REPH DRV team, and relevant parties
- Ensure project completion
- Complete assigned projects with good quality while maintaining SLAs
- Assist junior team members on assigned projects
- Identify and advance enhancement and improvement opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Must be at least 3 years in REPH DRV
- Consistent performance with a PDP rating of at least 2 in the previous year
- Advanced Excel and MBSI proficiency
- Knowledgeable in PowerBI
- Trainings on Automation Fundamentals, Process Excellence, Agile, Digital Transformation, Unconscious Bias and Lean Six Sigma is preferred
- Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 6 months
- Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
