About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts across the VitalChek, Public Safety, and Civilian markets
  • Complete one to two projects that contribute meaningful value to the Product Management team
  • Gather information, interview Subject Matter Experts, and analyze data to understand products and agency challenges
  • Analyze customer data to identify insights and demonstrate the value of market solutions
  • Document and standardize processes used to evaluate product performance and impact
  • Synthesize expert interviews into best-practice documentation and recommendations
  • Organize product documentation, reference materials, and supporting resources
  • Create training, enablement, and other accessible materials communicating product value to government clients
  • Participate in go-to-market activities, including product collateral, presentations, and documentation
  • Utilize AI tools for research, process improvement, workflow automation, and product management activities
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, information technology, marketing, math, statistics, or a related field
  • Expected graduation date of May 2028
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies
  • Exposure to user research, data analysis, project management, Agile methodologies, product development concepts, or data visualization tools is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with ability to identify patterns and derive meaningful insights from data
  • Interest in Product Management, technology, customer experience, innovation, or related disciplines
  • Candidates must be able to work on-site in Alpharetta, GA for the duration of the internship
