About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own one or more Apply Portfolio product features or defined workstreams
  • Lead product development plans, requirements, priorities, delivery coordination, and success measures
  • Manage discovery, planning, development, launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration
  • Shape feature-level vision and priorities within the broader Apply Portfolio strategy
  • Prioritize and communicate customer issues, defects, and enhancement requests
  • Engage customers, faculty, students, sales, customer success, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Generate and prioritize customer requirements based on customer insight, product data, business objectives, and commercial viability
  • Translate needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, prototypes, and documentation
  • Analyze product usage, customer feedback, adoption trends, operational information, and other data
  • Define product hypotheses and evaluate them through usage analysis, usability testing, experimentation, and measurement
  • Identify analytics and reporting needed to measure adoption, customer value, operational performance, engagement, and business outcomes
  • Incorporate AI-driven capabilities into product strategy and roadmaps
  • Use AI-assisted workflows for data synthesis, analysis, requirements drafting, and reporting
  • Lead product demonstrations and milestone reviews
  • Support launch planning and coordinated delivery with marketing, sales, customer success, implementation, and customer-facing teams
  • Provide product input for Train-the-Trainer sessions, customer enablement, onboarding, and market rollouts
  • Create product content for sales demonstrations, customer events, training, release communications, and other customer activities
  • Answer sales and customer questions about functionality, value proposition, competitive position, and planned enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, implementation, customer success, or a related role
  • Experience working with software products, SaaS platforms, data products, or technology-enabled services
  • Comfort working with APIs, data structures, analytics, integrations, and software development workflows
  • Experience creating product documentation, requirements, user stories, process flows, or other delivery and adoption artifacts
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and external customer teams
  • Comfort operating with evolving priorities and ambiguous problems
  • Experience or strong interest in building AI-driven capabilities into product strategy and requirements
  • Comfort using AI tools for requirements drafting, data analysis, and reporting
  • Experience in healthcare, nursing education, higher education, clinical simulation, or learning technology is a plus but not required
