About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product marketing and go-to-market strategy for Life Sciences solutions, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
- Translate complex regulatory, data, and service offerings into customer value and commercial narratives
- Develop customer personas, use cases, competitive positioning, and objection-handling frameworks
- Partner with Product, Regulatory Services, Sales, subject matter experts, and shared services teams
- Create and execute go-to-market plans for launches, enhancements, and new capabilities
- Align product roadmap priorities with customer needs, market trends, and commercial opportunities
- Monitor competitive activity, regulatory developments, and market dynamics
- Develop and maintain sales enablement resources such as pitch decks, product briefs, FAQs, and competitive materials
- Support sales readiness through training materials, launch communications, and product update resources
- Contribute to strategic account presentations, proposals, and high-value commercial opportunities
- Manage and optimize the Life Sciences Asset Platform in SharePoint
- Create customer-facing content including thought leadership, blogs, one-pagers, webinars, and campaign assets
- Support webinar and event marketing activities
- Identify and pursue speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities
- Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, synthesis, and workflow efficiency
- Drive adoption of AI and automation in product marketing and sales enablement
- Apply quality controls for accuracy, compliance, privacy, and regulatory adherence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B product marketing, sales enablement, or related commercial marketing
- Life Sciences industry knowledge, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical device, regulatory affairs, regulatory technology/services, or a closely related market
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience translating complex products, data, technology, or services into value propositions and commercial messaging
- Experience developing product positioning, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement tools, and customer-facing content
- Commercial mindset and understanding of product marketing and enablement contributions to pipeline, revenue, adoption, and customer growth
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities
- Strong collaboration skills
- Experience using AI-enabled tools or demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to adopt them
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work within the hybrid Level Up model, including being in the office on designated Level Up Days
- Ability to maintain accuracy, compliance, privacy, and regulatory adherence in marketing and enablement activities
