About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to improving the QA process and quality standards
Work with Developers, Product Owners, Product Analysts, and other test team members to complete testing tasks
Ensure high quality and accuracy through software releases
Provide feedback to the development team and ensure work meets schedule and quality requirements
Determine testing tools and software to aid QA and maximize testing coverage
Diagnose system problems using dumps, traces, or other diagnostic tools
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, analytics, or a related field
Basic knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Basic knowledge of development languages including Python, Java, JavaScript, and SQL
Familiarity with HPCC ECL is a plus
Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
Basic knowledge of data manipulation languages
Ability and desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies
Good research skills
Ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies
Availability for night shift: 9pm–5am or 10pm–6am
