About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and deliver medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact
- Define and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals
- Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Provide executive-level communication and reporting
- Influence decision-making and alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions
- Track project performance through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks
- Mentor and guide junior project managers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices
- Support go-to-market execution, including launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–9+ years of project management experience, preferably within complex, cross-functional or regulated environments
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage effectively with executive leadership
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing changing priorities, challenging timelines, and resource constraints
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks
- Experience working in regulated environments such as financial services, data privacy, or compliance preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Experience leveraging AI tools within project management practices
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies certifications preferred
