About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide user support and assist in strategic development and enhancement of Salesforce
  • Engage directly with global, multi-functional teams

  • Provide direct user engagement and support, stakeholder support and business analysis

  • Assess and advance complementary Salesforce technologies
  • Align Salesforce development with Sales & Marketing business objectives
  • Act as the business-facing Subject Matter Expert for the Salesforce technology stack
  • Provide real-time user support and end-user documentation
  • Capture and evaluate business requirements
  • Support stakeholders during UAT and development lifecycle phases
  • Execute required development throughout phased implementation
  • Work directly with business leaders and sales teams with accountability for end-user support
  • Provide system and business process expertise when scoping projects and integrations
  • Review solution summaries for best-practice adherence and fit-for-purpose development
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations
  • Document and share technical, business process, best-practice and reference architecture knowledge
  • Apply advanced Salesforce technical principles and contribute to new principles and concepts
  • Pursue self-initiated courses of action toward long-range goals, consulting with business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field preferred
  • 1+ years previous administrative experience with Salesforce
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Developer certification preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification preferred
  • Experience working in Agile projects
  • Strong understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on Salesforce Platform
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues
  • Demonstrated support success with at least one large Salesforce Org
  • Understanding of UI design principles and best practices
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
  • Communication skills for both a technical and business audience
