About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the go-to person for a high-performing sales team
  • Drive top-line and recurring revenue by supporting prospective and existing customers throughout the sales process
  • Act as a subject matter expert
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations
  • Uncover customer requirements and identify opportunity scope
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs
  • Manage proofs of concept by defining scope, acceptance criteria, timelines, responsibilities, and actions
  • Drive thought leadership and contribute to continuous innovation
  • Manage end-to-end technical strategy for assigned opportunities and accounts
  • Plan and execute solution demonstrations aligned to customer personas and use cases
  • Enable the sales team through use-case-based training on LexisNexis Risk Solutions products
  • Lead solution architecture, data flow, and integration design discussions
  • Facilitate testing where necessary to ensure solution compatibility
  • Support project scoping for accurate pricing customisation
  • Coordinate handover between sales teams and Professional Services
  • Keep solution content and associated materials up to date
  • Translate customer requirements, gaps, and competitive insights into actionable product feedback
  • Attend regional conferences to support opportunity engagement and lead generation
  • Collaborate with marketing on solution collateral
  • Contribute to thought leadership through webinars, events, blogs, articles, and white papers
  • Travel up to 30% for regional field sales initiatives
  • Provide support across EMEA and the UKI region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in pre-sales, professional services, or technical account management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and understand the full sales lifecycle and engagement process
  • Proven experience within a technology- and/or data-focused organisation
  • Solution implementation experience
  • Experience within financial crime compliance, specifically screening and/or trade compliance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in customer-facing contexts
  • Ability to convey technical subject matter in clear, business-friendly terms
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong sense of initiative
  • Public speaking or presentation experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with payment message formats such as SWIFT and ISO 20022
  • Familiarity with JSON and XML formats
  • Software skills in MS Office, Postman, SOAP UI, Visio or Lucid, SQL, and Oracle
  • Qualifications in financial crime compliance or AML/CDD, such as ACAMS, ICA, or ACFCS are desirable
