About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare patent application files for data conversion through proofreading and editing.
Ensure completion and sequencing of data to assist with daily production and meet client schedules.
Verify receipt and check all pieces of image delivery.
Complete electronic summary check list.
Electronically zone file segments including CWU with complexity, Artwork, Drawings, Text, CRC pages and Unused data.
Process patent applications by moving images into proper folders when required.
Process problem files according to established procedures.
Assist in training new employees and contribute to resolving problems when appropriate.
Meet or exceed established quantity and quality production metrics.
Participate in continuous process improvement projects.
Perform other job-related duties as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environment.
Good knowledge of computer applications (mouse, keyboard and windows application).
Strong attention to and concern for detail.
Problem solving ability.
Ability to acquire and retain a vast amount of information.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Practices continuous self-development.
Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
Ability to pass all pre-employment testing.
Ability to replicate test document with source document by following instructions.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must successfully complete LN RT Verification process and BI Clearance.
Must be available for the entirety of in-house training in our Horsham, PA facility.
