About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own sales targets for advisor and professional channels, including shared targets and attribution rules with Customer Success and RevOps
  • Forecast accurately to the Chief Growth Officer
  • Allocate sales resources using acquisition cost, payback period, and asset growth per representative
  • Own the sales budget and design incentive compensation with RevOps and Finance
  • Plan capacity and hiring
  • Set strategy and own results for advisor activation across firms with Ren-powered white-labeled DAF programs and firms without in-house programs
  • Grow complex assets and charitable trust business
  • Own national coverage, segmentation, territory requirements, scoring, and coverage design
  • Serve on Growth and senior leadership teams
  • Define pipeline systems, data, reporting, and accountability with RevOps
  • Build a data-driven culture around performance indicators and continuous improvement
  • Develop the advisor adoption model and use it for coaching and training
  • Design organizational structures and career paths
  • Grow financial advisor channels and build champions through new networks and underserved segments
  • Lead regional in-person awareness through presentations, office visits, and events
  • Build segment playbooks with Product Marketing
  • Own advisor activation and expansion, partnering with Customer Success on handoffs
  • Build relationships with wealth, transaction, tax, accounting, legal, estate-planning, investor, and fund-manager professionals
  • Partner with Wealth Firm Partnerships on practitioner and institutional opportunities
  • Represent Ren as a peer and thought leader across advisor and professional communities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior leadership experience in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or adjacent professional services
  • Track record of building or materially expanding go-to-market strategies
  • Experience owning a revenue or asset growth number, a budget, and sales compensation design
  • Record of disciplined investment decisions across channels, grounded in unit economics
  • Experience developing referral or partnership relationships with non-traditional professional channels (legal, tax, accounting, transaction-adjacent)
  • Track record of building high-performing teams
  • Comfort in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where resources are earned
