Key responsibilities & impact

Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations
Share how products can improve home comfort, energy efficiency, and beauty
Set appointments for Design Consultants to provide in-home consultations
Record homeowner information and appointment details using a company-provided device
Partner with Inside Sales Center team members to ensure appointment follow-through
Transport, assemble, and dismantle booths and promotional displays at events
Represent Renewal by Andersen by sharing product knowledge and company values
Engage event attendees to capture interest and schedule in-home appointments
Deliver exceptional service with empathy, positivity, and professionalism
Participate in team meetings and complete other assigned tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

No experience necessary; customer-facing roles or community outreach experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to start conversations confidently and explain products clearly
Comfortable working independently and motivated to exceed goals
Enthusiastic, personable, and solutions-oriented approach
Open to feedback with a desire to grow and improve
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
Must be 18+
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
Comfortable with local travel and working in various outdoor environments
Ability to carry and operate a touchscreen tablet while on the move
