About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Renewal by Andersen at local fairs, festivals, and community events
- Transport, assemble, and dismantle booths and promotional displays
- Share product knowledge and company values with event attendees
- Engage attendees, generate leads, and schedule in-home appointments
- Deliver exceptional service with empathy, positivity, and professionalism
- Attend regular meetings and training sessions
- Work with homeowners in a fun, fast-paced environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to start conversations confidently and explain products clearly
- Comfortable working independently and motivated to exceed goals
- Enthusiastic, personable, and solutions-oriented approach
- Open to feedback with a desire to grow and improve
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for event setup and takedown
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during events
- Ability to travel to various event locations within the region
