About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end design for one or more product areas, from problem framing and exploration through high-fidelity design, launch, and iteration
Design clear, efficient experiences for data-heavy workflows, including pricing recommendations, renewals, dashboards, analytics, and reporting
Shape AI-native product experiences, including the Ask Rentana natural language interface, focusing on transparency, control, and user trust
Plan and run customer interviews, usability tests, and workflow observation with Customer Success and Sales
Partner with product management and the CPO to define problems, scope solutions, and make tradeoffs between ambition and speed
Collaborate with engineering by providing specifications, reviewing implementation, and refining product details
Build, maintain, and evolve Rentana's design system
Raise the design bar through critique, standards, and craft sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in product design, with significant time spent on B2B SaaS or other complex software products
Portfolio demonstrating shipped work, strong interaction and visual design craft, and clear reasoning behind design decisions
Experience designing data-dense interfaces such as dashboards, tables, data visualization, or analytical workflows
Strong user research skills and comfort talking directly with customers
Ability to independently drive ambiguous problems to well-designed, shipped solutions
Expertise in Figma and modern design system practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams
Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
