About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own go-to-market strategy for every launch, from major platform launches to smaller feature releases
  • Build and run a tiered launch framework
  • Lead launches end to end, including positioning, pricing input, enablement, campaigns, customer communications, and post-launch results
  • Plan launches for new prospects and existing customers, including adoption and expansion motions
  • Adapt launches and messaging for US and European markets
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions for audiences and buyer personas
  • Extend the company narrative into product-level stories and maintain brand consistency
  • Communicate the value of services and research partnerships alongside technology
  • Build customer stories, case studies, and research-led content
  • Partner with product managers on roadmap input, launch readiness, and packaging
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and research teams
  • Create sales and customer success tools, including pitch decks, battlecards, demo narratives, objection handling, and onboarding materials
  • Run launch training and ongoing commercial enablement
  • Own competitive intelligence for research platforms and data-quality providers
  • Design and maintain a structured training curriculum for sales and customer success
  • Build a customer education program with onboarding paths, live training, webinars, and self-serve learning resources
  • Incorporate research best practices and data-quality expertise into training curricula
  • Update curricula after launches and measure impact through certifications, completion, seller ramp time, product adoption, and customer feedback
  • Define launch success metrics, including pipeline, win rates, adoption, and expansion
  • Report on launch results and use win/loss analysis, customer feedback, and market research to improve positioning and priorities
  • Report to the EVP, Marketing and help shape the product marketing function over time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • At least 5 years in product marketing at a SaaS or technology-enabled services company
  • Experience leading launches of all sizes and demonstrating business results
  • Ability to make technical and data-heavy products clear and compelling for executives and practitioners
  • Understanding of marketing a mix of software and services
  • Experience building sales enablement and competitive programs
  • Ability to partner with product managers, sellers, and subject-matter experts without formal authority
  • Comfortable working as a player-coach
  • Experience marketing to buyers in both the US and Europe, or eagerness to learn differences in messaging and buying behavior
  • Organized and data-driven, with ability to run several launches simultaneously
  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • Nice to have: experience in market research, consumer insights, survey or panel data, or data-quality and fraud prevention
  • Nice to have: experience marketing a portfolio after an acquisition or consolidating several products into one unified offering
  • Nice to have: experience building or scaling a product marketing function from the ground up
