About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the governance of AI agents by defining corporate standards, processes, and controls
- Facilitate alignment among business, engineering, architecture, security, and compliance teams
- Assess the risks, feasibility, and compliance of AI solutions against internal policies and applicable regulations
- Establish controls to ensure the security, privacy, traceability, and monitoring of AI agents
- Define standards for the use of LLMs, integrations, APIs, keys, and credentials
- Document use cases, risks, limitations, and responsibilities associated with AI solutions
- Monitor solution adoption and promote responsible AI best practices
- Work directly with a major client in the banking sector
Requirements
What you’ll need- In-depth knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), skills, tools, RAG, and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of inference, context, and tokens
- Knowledge of AI governance and security, including guardrails, risk management, privacy, Brazil's LGPD, monitoring, and auditing
- Knowledge of AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Claude, and Copilot
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and the management of keys and credentials for LLM models
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and guidance
- Analytical, organized profile with a strong governance mindset
- Strong communication skills to lead discussions with technical and executive audiences
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary processes and initiatives
- Proactive mindset and interest in keeping up with developments in Generative AI and intelligent agents
