About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide functional support for Procurement and Materials Management processes
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and functional requests
- Support system configuration and parameterization according to business needs
- Gather and document functional requirements
- Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation
- Execute functional tests and support user acceptance testing processes
- Participate in solution implementation, enhancement, and support projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Experience providing functional support for ERP systems
- Experience with the SAP MM (Materials Management) module, including procurement processes, materials management, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, material master data, and inventory movements
- Knowledge of Procurement and Inventory Management processes
- Analytical skills, organization, and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Preferred: knowledge of integrations between SAP MM and other modules, such as FI, SD, and WM/EWM
- Preferred: experience with SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects
- Preferred: knowledge of ITIL methodologies or service management
