About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Assess the impact of requirement changes and ensure all stakeholders are aligned before implementation
- Verify that requirements align with business objectives and validate their accuracy and completeness through testing and reviews
- Provide ongoing client support throughout the project lifecycle by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in business analysis or a related role
- Solid knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, business process modeling, and business analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
