About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively monitor the robot execution dashboard, identifying failures before they impact the business
- Troubleshoot execution errors, including bugs, changes to legacy systems, and infrastructure instability, with a focus on rapid service restoration
- Make minor adjustments and improvements to existing automations to adapt to environmental changes or simple business rule updates
- Assess and validate the impact of SAP, Windows, and web system updates on the installed robot environment
- Monitor license usage, virtual machine (VM) availability, and orchestrators by license
- Monitor critical failures to prevent recurring issues
- Respond to end-user tickets, providing technical and operational support for automation functionality
- Keep KT manuals and disaster recovery procedures up to date
- Ensure that robots operate in accordance with security standards, credential renewal requirements, and auditable logging practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience supporting automation through orchestrators such as Blue Prism Control Room, UiPath Orchestrator, or Power Automate Admin Center
- Experience with Blue Prism is a plus
- Experience debugging code (Python, VBScript) and analyzing complex logs
- Knowledge of SQL for querying logs, auditing data, and making adjustments to control tables
- Knowledge of VM management, remote access, Windows Server, and network services
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management)
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1/B2)
