About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and lead the project end to end, covering scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Manage risks, issues, and changes, assessing impacts and driving decisions with stakeholders
Manage the project financially by monitoring the budget, controlling costs, and preparing forecasts
Define and track metrics and KPIs, and prepare status reports for leadership and sponsors
Manage vendors and contracts, monitoring deliverables, SLAs, and compliance with contractual terms
Ensure project governance, including ceremonies, decision logs, approvals, and documentation
Serve as the integration point between the tax, finance, and regulatory business areas and technology teams
Lead the project using a hybrid methodology, combining agile and traditional practices according to the needs of each phase

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Project Manager on systems projects
Technical and financial background
Ability to communicate with technology teams and oversee project budget management
Experience with end-to-end management, including risks, changes, KPIs, vendors, and contracts
Experience with hybrid methodologies, combining agile and traditional practices
Experience using MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Mural
