About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a business consultant helping customers achieve their objectives
Solve business-process and FICO-related problems using technical and functional expertise in SAP products
Support end users functionally and/or technically while analyzing business requirements and processes
Troubleshoot and configure SAP FICO, including integration points with other modules
Perform cross-functional design and build of other modules
Work on multiple projects as a project team member or team lead
Lead fit/gap and other working sessions to understand business-process needs
Translate requirements into solutions using SAP Best Practices
Prepare clear, concise documentation and provide timely status updates
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, assess corporate impacts, and recommend strategies to senior management
Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants
Deliver solutions aligned with SAP Activate methodology and SAP’s fit-to-standard approach
Configure and deliver SAP S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud solutions, including standard Fiori applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
Travel up to 50%
8 years of SAP experience
Minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP implementations
Implementation experience in SAP Cloud environments, both public and private
Proficiency in financial operations: general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, cost center accounting, product cost controlling, profitability analysis, and profit center accounting
Expertise in FICO setup and configuration
Experience with cross-functional design/build of other SAP modules
Proficiency across project phases from requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis through realization, testing, go-live preparation, go-live execution, and hyper-care support
Ability to lead sessions and create requirements for client solutions
Advanced FICO master data setup, cleansing, harmonization, and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit
Ability to contribute as a thought leader within and outside Reply
