About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide second-level support for highly complex, mission-critical systems
- Analyze operational data and logs using Java and operational processes to identify the root causes of requests
- Guide users in resolving tickets and incidents
- Develop and deepen knowledge of the company's systems, ensuring greater efficiency in support and problem resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced English for technical communication
- Experience with Java
- Experience with SQL and access to relational databases
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Flexibility and interest in learning new technologies and business areas
- Experience providing Level 2 systems support
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish is a plus
