About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with clients and prospects to provide solutions that help them drive innovation across the digital landscape
  • Lead client discovery calls and whiteboarding sessions to evaluate current systems, applications and infrastructure
  • Lead discussions on solution options, impacts and risks and provide estimates
  • Propose, design and architect D365 and Power Platform solutions while staying hands on with technical development
  • Provide technical leadership to others in developing, testing, deploying and supporting custom solutions
  • Finalize technical specs for customizations, integrations and custom development
  • Lead and mentor other developers on projects
  • Spend 50% of time writing high quality code that is scalable and reliable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect
  • Experience with integrations and data migration projects
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, presentations, etc.
  • Self-starter, proactive and team player
  • Occasional travel to clients up to 20%
