About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own coordination and operational activities across People Partnering
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employment agreements, letters and HR documentation
  • Maintain accurate and timely employee information and records
  • Manage shared team inboxes and respond to enquiries professionally
  • Support HR reporting, data administration and information management
  • Become a capable Workday user and go-to HR systems resource
  • Support People and Culture projects, annual processes and initiatives
  • Identify practical opportunities to simplify and improve work processes
  • Build relationships across People and Culture and provide coordination support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years' experience in an administration, coordination or HR support role
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline or be currently working towards one
  • Exceptional organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset, sound judgement and willingness to take initiative
  • Confidence using HR systems and databases; Workday experience would be an advantage
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Cover letter required
