Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the technical bridge between the client and customers in the DACH region
Work directly with customer teams to understand workflows and define production success criteria
Configure and extend AI systems for faster time-to-value in enterprise environments
Operate as an engineer in the field, serving as builder, problem-solver, and trusted technical advisor
Contribute field insights to Product Engineering for scalable improvements
Deploy, configure, and customize AI systems to unblock customer operations
Translate operational goals into technical workflows improving speed, quality, or scalability
Own the technical deployment lifecycle and reduce time from sale to value
Partner with Deployment Strategists to deliver measurable customer impact
Turn effective customer solutions into reusable modules and playbooks
Provide structured feedback from deployments to continuously improve the product

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to ship production-grade systems fast
Experience working directly with customers, such as in field engineering, consulting, or solutions roles
Comfort moving between high-level problem definition and hands-on debugging
Experience with modern stacks, including APIs, cloud, and frontend/backend development
Experience with AI systems in production (nice to have)
Fluent in German and English
Spanish is a strong plus; additional languages welcome
Extreme ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity
