What you’ll need

Must be at least 18 years old
Own a compatible iPhone
Have reliable internet access for uploading recordings
Comfortable recording daily activities from a first-person perspective
Able to follow written instructions carefully
Available to record a minimum of 3 hours per day
Produce steady, clear recordings
Follow all recording guidelines
Record in suitable lighting whenever possible
Submit recordings on time
Respect privacy requirements
Avoid recording confidential or sensitive information
Produce authentic, unstaged recordings
Keep both hands visible for at least 60% of each recording
