About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in RBI’s MBA Summer Internship Program
- Complete onboarding and RBI-specific skills training
- Own a strategic, business-critical summer project selected by senior leadership in areas such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, or Procurement
- Develop ideas that help improve guest service, grow revenue, and optimize operations
- Receive coaching and feedback from a project leader
- Participate in networking opportunities, leadership lunch-and-learns, and social events
- Present project findings and recommendations to the department head and Brand President
- Demonstrate the strategy, results, and business impact of the project
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1st-year student enrolled in a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) program
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
- At least 4 years of prior work experience, such as consulting, banking, CPG, retail, or hospitality
- Prior people management experience, including at least 1 direct report or direct leadership of a group, team, or project
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Structured approach to problem solving
- Passion for growth, ownership, and the QSR industry
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Natural leadership ability
- Expected to work onsite 5 days per week
