Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and maintain Excel analyses — property overviews, client analyses, and portfolio reports
Map and optimize processes: document recurring workflows, identify weaknesses, and implement improvements
Support the executive management team with decision briefs, market research, and analyses
Assist with applicant management: screening, scoring, and summaries
Conduct structural analyses of contracts and client documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled student — Business Administration, International Business, Real Estate, Finance, Business Informatics, or a related field
Builder’s mindset: proactive, self-directed, and focused on delivering results
Quick learner — we explain it once, and you run with it
Confident using Excel and digital tools
Structured and reliable working style
Business-fluent German
Connection to the real estate industry (studies, internship, or family background) (nice to have)
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) (nice to have)
Knowledge of ix-Haus (property management software) (nice to have)
Good English (nice to have)
